This has a nice leaf shape and growth. I have it planted in a challenging area and it has grown steadily and proved to be very hardy. I purchased it in 2007. The area was very shady, I thought maybe too much, but thanks to three dead oaks in my neighbor's yard, I think over time it will work out fine. In addition, in 2011 three of our oaks have died and it will get much more light. Has sappy, long branching growth this year, too.
